SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA EDUCATORS! The California Department of Water Resources and Project WET program invite grade 3 through 12 educators to join us for a workshop experience focused on the science of climate change. You’ll learn how climate change is affecting California water resources, the use of science to safeguard California’s water supplies – and how the activities of Project WET can help you integrate climate science knowledge, concepts and skills into your curriculum. For a $20 registration fee, participants in this workshop will receive accurate information on current climate science, how the science is being applied to increase the resiliency of California water systems, a copy of Project WET Guide 2.0, and an opportunity to receive 0.8 CEU credit. Breakfast and lunch are provided. The registration fee will be refunded – minus Eventbrite fees - and a $100 stipend provided following completion of the training! Registration limited!
